Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how MAGI R31 Drive Disposable accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

2. Google data accessed

The application requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. It accesses only files that it creates or that the user explicitly authorizes for use with the application, together with metadata needed for the application's freshness-witness function, such as file version information.

3. Purpose of use

Google Drive data is used solely to create, read, update, and clean up the application's limited witness file and to evaluate freshness or rollback conditions. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

4. Storage and security

Google Drive file content and metadata remain in the user's Google account except for transient processing needed to perform the requested operation. Access tokens are kept in memory only. If unattended operation is enabled, refresh credentials may be stored only on the user's Windows computer in encrypted, user-bound form. Plaintext OAuth credentials are not intentionally written to disk.

5. Sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. The application does not operate a remote service that receives or stores the user's Google Drive data.

6. Retention and deletion

The application retains only the minimum local protected credential material required for user-authorized unattended operation. The user can revoke Google OAuth access from their Google Account, remove the application's local protected credential material, and delete the application's Drive witness file.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the user-facing functionality described above and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the application's data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
